How it works
Step 1 — Connect your cloud accounts
Connect Gmail, Google Drive, SharePoint, iCloud Mail, or other supported platforms using secure OAuth. CorpusIQ never asks for passwords. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
Step 2 — We build encrypted summaries
CorpusIQ creates encrypted, searchable summaries of your documents and emails so ChatGPT can find exact answers quickly. Summaries are stored only for your account and are not used to train public models.
We re-index automatically when files change so results stay current.
Step 3 — Ask ChatGPT and get direct answers
Inside ChatGPT, ask questions like "Show my SEO contract with Acme" or "Summarize invoices from Q1." CorpusIQ returns the exact excerpt used and a direct link to the original file.
Results are verifiable and contextual. Your chat stays in ChatGPT and your files stay in your cloud.

Your files stay in your cloud
We do not move or store your original files outside your cloud accounts. We use read-only access to create encrypted summaries. Deleting an integration removes its summaries.
Encryption and isolation
All transit uses TLS 1.3. Data at rest uses AES-256. Each account has isolated keys and a private workspace to prevent cross-access.
No training or profiling
We never share your files or use them to train public AI models. ChatGPT responses use only your encrypted summaries.
